Pre-natal classes

Any recommendations for pre-natal classes please? I understand they usually comprise 6(?) lessons. I am in my wk 24...

I would prefer cantonese speaking ones but also welcome english ones.

Where are you giving birth? Many hospitals have pre-natal classes. The only Cantonese pre-natal class I know of (which I attended and thought was very good) is the one at the Hong Kong Sanatorium Hospital in Happy Valley. Not sure if you can only go if you give birth there. I am giving birth there, so that is why I went. You can go to their website and check out the contents for the class there.
 
Great idea, many thanks. I am giving birth at HK Adventist, but I also live close to Sanatorium. I will check that out. When are you due? Mine is June 20.
