postnatal perineal exercices

Hi,

I would like to know where to find in Central a physiotherapist or even midwife who is doing perineal exercices to avoid prolapsus.
In France, you are advised to have 10 appointments for perineal reeducation after natural birth!

Wow, I didn't know that you could re-educate your perineum. However, I do know that you can do Kiegel exercises but that doesn't do anything for your perineum. Hmmm....

You could try BET Pilates in Central where all of the teachers are registered physios.
