Hi can anyone help me?

I would like to tighten my tummy or rather flatten it, what's the best method to do it apart from exercise?

How much is post-partum massage? How long or how many massages roughly does it take for your tummy to tighten or shrink?

Where's the cheapest place to buy a corset? I priced a nice one with several clips to tighten it (can go 4 inches smaller than start size) in 101 but it's $349...a bit pricey?

What's the best corset to get? I liked the hip to breast shape, but would be nice if i could get same idea thighs to breasts...cheap!

I think post partum massages are more effective when done right after the birth.

You could try a slimming treatment similar to Marie France. (Will PM you the name of another place.) You'll see faster results if you follow a healthy diet and exercise program.

Can anymore recommend any post partum treatments for IMMEDIATELY after birth. (my due date is 2 months time).
