post-natal personal trainer

Hi everyone

I'm looking for a personal training to come to the gym in my building (near Sheung Wan) post-baby, specifically someone who is experienced in post-baby bodies and how to get them back in shape. Any recommendations/tips gratefully received!

This is probably way to late of a reply, but have you considered post-natal yoga? After my first I found that helped me best because I was able to ease back into fitness whereas some weight training was too much for me at first.

If you go the yoga route, I know Pure has some cases and the Yoga Room. I used a private instructor mainly because it was so much easier to fit into my schedule.
