Post natal Abdominal Compression Wraps?

Have you heard about this abdominal compression wraps that are supposed to help post natal bellies to shrink faster? I know in some countries women wear one. Do you have any experience wearing one? Where can I find one here in HK?
 
You could use any corset types for that. But it may be a bit unconfortable. You can buy the maternity belts in Bumps 2 Babes or Eugine Club. Just ask the sales girls, they will show you. I used after my baby was born and it does help with the tummy shrinking.
