Playmates in Sorrento

We have a 6 month old boy and would love to find some play mates for him. We are fairly new to Hong Kong and I am a full time working mom. Greatly appreciate if anyone can provide information on playgroups and meeting with other moms. Thanks a lot!

No. We are close to tseun wan area not much Playgroup in this area and we don't really any baby friends.
