hehe definitely, playgroup's for both mummy and baby. IFC would also be great for us. We can even do the baby shop rounds :)

Hey all,

Elements is EXTREMELY baby friendly, bubs and I go there very frequently and theres a wicked bookshop as well as a really good pan-asian restaurant.

I'm up for Elements too if anyone can't make it on Thursday!

It's just one stop from Central (on the tung chung line) and its on top of the MTR (like IFC) so that makes life easy whichever side of the pond you live

My baby was born in Oct 07, would love to join the playgroup. Both Central and Elements are fine for me, weekdays around 3:30pm or all day Monday. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Our Next Meeting

Thank You all for responding with your emails!

Below are the details for our next weekday meeting for babies born Oct-Dec 2007!

DATE: Thursday, June 5th 2008

TIME: 3pm

LOCATION: IFC Mall, Central.

VENUE: Starbucks (opposite can.teen)

CONTACT: Me, Nashua Please email or PM for phone number

Possible things we can do: Show up for a good natter, go up to the roof, do the baby shop rounds if we're feeling especially ambitious! And I'm sure we'll think of more!

Just a few notes regarding this Playgroup!
  • We'll be organising playgroups on both weekdays and weekends (Saturdays)
  • Husbands/Partners/Siblings are of course, Welcome!
  • I want to try and organise venues where babies can play and interact, so it's just not just us meeting for a talk! Any suggestions how to do this welcome!

Possible future activities a broad list of things we can do other than meeting up for a coffee here and there..; comments and suggestions much appreciated;
  • Elements Mall - Baby Friendly and great dining
  • Ocean Terminal - baby shop rounds! (Avenue of Stars and Ferry Ride)
  • Peak Walk - looong term
  • Victoria Park
  • Discovery Bay
  • Gold Coast, Tuen Mun - we live close by so we'd be happy to host tea at ours before the beach
  • Hong Kong Park (great playground)
  • ...go on, suggest away!
