Playgroup for 1 year old baby - Taikoo or Kornhill

Hi all, anyone organizes or knows about any playgroups for 1 year old babies, in Taikoo Shing or Kornhill?

My boy is turning 1 in mid April... any playgroups around that age is fine, though prefer English speaking, Canto or Mandarin is fine too, just want my boy to meet more other babies :grouphug:

I am a working mom, so prefer weekend group. MANY :thanks

Within the taikoo & kornhill area, there isnt any organized playgroups. Majority of them are basically kindies or perhaps preschools.

You can take your bub to the nearby playground at Quarry Bay Park, i'm sure he would make some friends there as there is always alot of babies/kids there.

BTW merryma, i'm also in taikoo :)
 
I'm from north point near quarry bay. We're quite close to taikoo. We have a 26 month old daughter let us know if you want to set up a play date.

Sorry for the late response, hasn't been feeling well.
Would really love my boy to meet more babies, I am more concern about his social development and some physical activities for his age now.
There will be a kid centre called "Sunny Garden" openning on this Sunday (5 April), and they have the gym for babies too (HK$200 per an-hour session), I am not sure if this price is reasonable as I haven't compared with others. I may go have a try anyway.

I would love to meet other moms with babies too. I know "Ruby Tuesday" (right next to Ha H?agen-Dazs) at Cityplaza has an area for kids and babies before the dinner time, anyone love to meet up there on the weekend?

I'm game for meeting on weekends since I'm working full-timne now. Anyone game to meet up next weekend? That would be the weekend of June 6-7, 2009. I'm cool to do it at Taikoo Shing. I propose to meet at around 9-10 AM at the Quarry Bay park and then we can do an early lunch afterwards? Please reply post with which date you'd prefer and we can go from there. As well, you can propose what you'd like for lunch. A few options that are pretty good: Pizza Hut, Simply Life, Dim Sum
