Hi, I'm visiting HK for 2 month with my 8.5 month old son. Looking to meet other moms and babies in the area. Can I join your playgroup?
 
sure no problem. we are meeting at ou rplace this thursday after 15.00 I will PM u the address and u can meet the other moms of the Cantonese speaking group also here somebodyfamous and 1/3J

Would love to join with my 11 weeks old baby boy to meet some playmates. I can only do weekends though coz I am working.

We are doing just Thursdays so far,There are some other moms in our group who are starting a Cantonese group also once a week i think . I dont know if theirs is weekend group. I cannot host during the weekends but if anyone else can host on weekends we can try and make it. So far all the babies coming to this playgroup are between 8-10 months old

A mum, I would recommend you to find babies that are younger than yours. There's such a big difference between 11 weeks and 9 months! All the babies are crawling, trying to walk, eating solids and discussions range from teething to potty training! Enjoy your baby whilst he's so young, he's so light to carry, sleeps a lot and doesn't (yet) need to be entertained!!

Sounds like u ladies and babies are having a great time. I'm new in HK and am wondering if u know of any informal playgroups like yours around Central area for kids between 1 yr - 1.5 yrs ? I have a 14 month old daughter and we would love to meet other moms and kids around her age.

Mother of 2, Neha started this thread in the Playgroups section in the forums, so starting your own thread, that would be a good start for you to find people of your childs' agegroup!!
