Play Group/Mother's Group in Discovery Bay

Hi all,
I have a 2 months old baby girl and I have lived in DB for a few years. I'm new to this website and glad to find you all live in DB as well. I'd love to join you all if you still gonna meet up on Thursday afternoon though it is a bit late notice.

if you go to the top left of the page under "user menu" click on "private messaging", i have left a message as our bubs are quite close in age.

Is bringing their kids along this afternoon? It's just I don't have a full time helper and have no one to look after mine, so I will have to bring mine along.
 
Sarahmum - if I can make I will be bringing my little one - I usually only leave him at naptime.

I'm also new to DB and would like to meet up with you guys. My son is 20 months old. It would be wonderful if he can have some little friends to play with.
 
Hi ladies, I just stumbled upon this thread looking for playgroups and kindy's. We are heading to DB mid-June with our 2 daughters who are (at the moment) 5mths and 2.5 years. We are Australian and are moving from Tokyo. Would love to catch up with you and have playtime for the kids when we get there :)

Adi really had a great time this thursday. He really enjoyed playing with Alice and William and we both are loking forward to next week.

Thanks Sarah I've tried working on the tip you gave me regarding Adi's sleep timetable. Yesterday was a struggle but I would, in comparison to other nights, say it was an improvement. Hopefull when we meet again I would have a different story to tell.

Alice and William also had a great time at the Play Centre in the Resident's Club, they were worn out at bedtime, it was great!!! Glad the sleeping tips are helping.

Unfortunately, as my parent's are here, we had plans for a trip to the Peak today, so I don't think I'll be able to make it. Are you around tomorrow for a catch up?? It would be good to see you.

Hopefully, they'll be takers for the meet up this week!

Are there plans for a meet up this week? We missed the first 2 due to deliveries and last week was a bank holiday so presumed there was no meet. Is Thursday a regular thing - hoping to make it now we are more settled in the new place.

ps not sure why title says monday - sure i did not type that but newborn baby brain does that to you!!

Sorry I missed lunch catch up - my doc changed my appt this week and i'm off to see him again this afternoon. Let me know if you catch up next week and if I haven't given birth yet! would be great to join.
