Play date in Olympic/TST/Kowloon

Hi, I live in the Olympic area and have an almost 4-month old son (born mid Jan 2014). I would like to find a few babies in the area to get them hang out once or twice a week. A rotating visit at each baby's home would be ideal. But we could start simple by meeting in a coffee shop first.
Also I'm going back to work in early July, but my helper will be there to continue the play dates.
