FINALLY, I found a way to get my girls to eat mashed potato and am soooo pleased (other than french frys they wouldn't go near potato).
Mixed in some beetroot puree which I had been using for waffles.
My girls loved their pink mash!
Yippy (had to share my joy)!
and thanks to Jessica Sienfeld for the idea (and my four daughter who announced last night that she liked pink food and five other food items only!)
