Physio

Strained my lower back muscle few days ago, it has gone bit better last few days. I strained it when I was just organising the nursery, so no idea how I managed to pull my muscle! Thought I will see a Physio for a massage and exercise to strengthen my back.

Does anyone know of a good Physio that works really well with pregnant backaches?

Thanks

If you are using public system, you can ask for doctor's referral during your antenatal checkup. That was recommended to me when I sprained my wrist. But I managed on my own. So I never tried :)

I used ice pack. But the pain comes and goes. It never totally healed. Doc keeps explaining abou the hormone and stuffs. Well now that I have pelvic pain, the wrist pain feels so trivial. :(

I see that your due soon so your almost there!! Hope you feel better and best of luck!
I know what you mean when you say the wrist pain seemed so trivial, like when I had toothache last month.
