Photo Christmas Cards

Is anyone able to recommend an online service or shop on Hong Kong where you can organise Christmas Cards with photos of your little one on it. I am hoping to get a fairly cheap option as will be needing more than 100 cards.
:thanks

we were very close to ordering ours from a US distributer like tinyprints.com, but then we found blanksheet.com.hk and they were great!!! they have a bunch of prints to chose from online, but if you have a design in mind, they will work for you. in the end, our cards are totally unique to their websites. they were quick and efficient and i like the thought of supporting a local hong kong business.

check them out!

I've jist checked with Blanksheet HK. Apparently, they have raised their unit price HK$50 insteads of HK$28!!!

So a total of 50 cards will be HK$2500. (Minimum quantity, 2 designs of 25pcs each is not allowed too).

NYCMEL, you may like to double check about your order.

oh no - bummer! i ordered ours at the start of the november so we had the original prices and it was pretty reasonable compared to ordering them through a US website. Min for my cards were also 50 though.

We're lucky and have a Mac and do our cards on iPhoto. It's fantastic. There's loads of templates to choose from (or you can customise). And they're all really classy - nothing naff about them. Slot in the photo(s) you want and click a button to send them off for printing. The pricing is reasonable too:
Greeting Cards
size 5 x 7
1-24 cards USD $1.99 ea.
25-49 cards USD $1.79 ea.
50+ cards USD $1.59 ea.
Postcards
size 4 x 6
1-24 cards USD $1.49 ea.
25-49 cards USD $1.29 ea.
50+ cards USD $0.99 ea.

the only problem is that the few times we've ordered, it has taken longer than they said (about 2 weeks to receive the last lot of thank you cards). So we've probably left it too late for Christmas. Looks like we'll be sending New Year cards, instead!

I know this isn't helpful if you don't have a Mac, but if you have a friend that does, you could ask to use the software. It's really simple.

I've just made a quick and easy xmas card myself on my PC. I just used the photo software that came with the PC (Corel). I uploaded the photo, added a festive looking frame, added some text and it was done!
I have saved the photo and will have it printed at a photo lab here in HK. it will be as cheap as having normal digital photo prints!
They won't look as good as the more professional paper/cardboard cards I have had made in the past but I can still write a note on the back and they look pretty good considering it took all of 5mins.

could be worth a try...?

Thanks to all for your suggestions, I really appreciate everyone's time. I think I may also resort to doing it myself similar to aussie mum's suggestion. Thanks again - much appreciated.

The photo guy in Stanley plaza does them for $5 a piece, $4 when you order more than 20-30 (not sure about the right number). A number of tacky designs but who cares, it's Christmas!

Blanksheet sounds great. Tinyprints is not a good option - they charge a fortune for shipment to Hong Kong. Surprised they are not called Tinydiamonds :-)!

We used Blank Sheet - where every card begins and would consider using them again this year. They look nicer than the ones I try to make at home (I purchased some blank cards for Spotlight and fee them through the HP printer). Thanks for other suggestions though as I might borrow some of them (hehe)!

REALLY REALLY cheap place would be printshop - you'll have to speak chinese though...

i got my invitation cards printed for HK$200 for ... around 500 or 1000 copies? I just recall i had lots and lots leftover... i bet your christmas cards w/ photos won't be much more than that
