If you don't mind printing it out yourself, you can check out www.etsy.com and type in "personalized birthday banner" and you should get tons of great options. They will personalize it for you, send you a PDF or JPEG file, and you print it out yourself.

i have to say, we use a 'local' printer called printshop and they are SUPER CHEAP. except you'd have to do the design work yourself (could probably find samples to use online and put in the customised name?)

there's a printshop in wanchai across from hopewell centre. i'm sure there are other branches elsewhere
