pediatrician open to alternative healthcare

Hi there!
We will be moving to HK in a few months. My main concern is that my youngest daughter of four is going to do ok healthwise. She has multiple severe allergies, asthma and eczema and is on a limited diet. We have tried many doctors here in the US but obtained the most result with a pediatrician that did acupuncture and homeopathy. But most of all he was very caring and patient. Does any one know of a doctor who is open to combining regular medicine with alternative if needed? Or at least a peditrician or family doctor who medicates the least?

I find DR TANPA THONDUP very good with my 3 year old who has asthma and eczema and hes also been very good with my baby. Hes very pro breastfeeding and Ive never found him quick to medicate he always does a good check to see if they are really needed. Hes quite open to talk to and listen my suggestions. If you ring his office or email him he always returns your calls, he also has a pager for emergencies.

We have always seen Dr Rupal at IMI, she is homeopath. Our kids have also allegies, and it worked.
IMI have some practitioner together, so you may find another acupuncture one.

You could also try Dr Trodd (Owen Trodd and partners), he looks at vitamins / alternative treatments for ailments. He even has a craniopath based in the office.

I'm with Kimmi, Dr Thorndup is fantastic. He has been so proactive with my little one and tried to hold off as long as possible giving medication and putting my baby into hospital.

They are at Repulse Bay and I totally recommend both drs there and there staff
