Pediatrician/OBGYN in New Territories

Hi, we're going to be moving from Shanghai to HK in December and will plan to live in Clearwater Bay/Saikung..does anyone recommend a good pediatrician and ob/gyn in and about that area? Private or public care, just as long as they are clean and good.

Also, can anyone tell me if there are good hospitals around that area?

Finally, I'm also interested in a good playgroup. How do I get information about those kinds of things?

The local GP's in Sai Kung and Clearwater Bay all all great with kids and adults alike, as well as the public system, which offers a great Mother and Baby clinic right in the centre of Sai Kung.
There is also a new hospital at Tsueng Kwan O and one of HK's biggest hospitals Prince Of Wales, which is attached to the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has some of the top specialists in the world available both privately and publically.
PLaygroups - plenty of those around too - depends on your childs age and exactly where you want to live. Nearest for CWB is Abacus and in Sai Kung there are several local and private ones to choose from, as well as a lot of mum's/helpers and babies self run groups.
Sai Kung/CWB is not that far away from anything believe it or not and there is a wonderful community with lots of families as well as great places to go to right on your door step!
