Pediatrician near South Horizons, Ap Lei Chau

We are going to move to South Horizons on Ap Lei Chau. Can someone recommend a couple good pediatricians nearby? We prefer English or Mandarin speakers if possible. Thanks so much. :thanks
 
There are a few doctors in Marina Square. Among them is Dr. Julian Cheung who is a pediatrician or has pediatrics training and speaks good English & I don't recall if he speaks putonghua or not. He is in Shop 202E in West Centre Marina Square. Phone # 2554-9397
 
Thanks so much HKfornow! This is very helpful. English speaking pediatrician is perfect. My son's well check up is due in July and we are relocating from US to HK end of June. I was worried that I won't have enough time to find a pediatrician for him before his check up.

Do you use Dr. Julian Cheung as your family pediatirican? Is he good?
 
I understand your concern. . . however, once you arrive Hong Kong, you will find that a remarkable amount of doctors (or so it seem to me) speaks English and/or Putonghua, so it should not be a problem at all for you to find a good doctor who can communicate with you.

I occasionally take my son to Dr. Julian when I just happen to pick him up at school or at drop-off, as it's convenient and across the street. I found that for the first visit, he spent a few more minutes gathering information about my child than other doctors, subsequent visits were ok. We use Dr. Elsie Lim (she speaks English & Putonghua) in Central as our primary doctor, but it's been increasingly difficult to get in to see her sometimes as her appointments are pretty booked, so I end up using other doctors anyway.
