pedder building - where did the nice dress shops relocate?

does anyone have info on where the really nice dress shops in the pedder building relocated to?

there use to be a really nice one selling factory outlet dresses straight across from the elevators but just can't remember what floor it was on to search for the name!
 
There is one in the same building as Annerley in Lkf. Not sure if it's the same one. I have noticed a lady handing out flyers near pedder building.
