Do you need one that can speak English? I am using the following agency for a P/T helper, $40 per hour. She is ok with the cleaning, much better with cooking. You just have to try them out.
I was hoping for someone who understands English and could also help with my baby. Does your helper help with your children or does she/he do only cooking and cleaning?
