part-time helper recommendation

Hi. I would like to recommend the woman who is working for me. I hired her to fill in until my fulltime helper arrived and she is so great, I want to keep her. She is self-motivated, hardworking, honest and a pleasure to be around. Her English is decent enough and on top of that she is simply smart enough to fill in the gaps. She's a filapina with a visa and an asset to any home.
