part time helper needed next year...

i'm just trying to find solutions ahead of time, my baby will be 1 years old in march and i am thinking about studying in the evening (i currently work part time, when i am away my MIL takes care of the baby but she's stated she can't do longer hours as he's quite heavy...)

where would you recommend i find a good part time helper/babysitter? it will probably be for 3 nights a week and the occasional saturday?
