Part-time (6-9pm) new-born care needed

Hi
Is there a resource website for part-time evening (6-9pm), three weeknights a week help? Experience with newborn / infants essential. We don't have a place for a live-in but need some help during some evenings regularly. Any thoughts on where I can find such resource? My friend in Singapore "borrows" her neighbour's full-time help in the evenings, but I think that is rare in HK...

Please let me know if you have any advice.
