Packing for Public Hospital

Hi all,
I'm starting to pack a bag for hospital and I know that there are previous threads concerning this but they seem quite old. I'm wondering if anyone has a more up to date list of what I will need at POW hospital and any recommendations for things that others have found useful. Many thanks in advance!!!:thanks
 
the requirements haven't changed very much, if at all... all the info you need is in the older threads.

bring your hk id, photocopy of you husband's hk id, follow up card, ante-natal care record book and your pre-packed luggage..

your pre-packed luggage should include:

mother:

1. a cup
2. toiletries
3. tissue paper
3. slippers
4.maternity pads and mesh pant
5.nursing bra
6. underpad

for your baby

1. nb diapers
2.wet tissue

Don't forget a set of clothes and receiving blanket, a carseat or a sling to bring baby home!
 
forgot...
snacks for yourself (i also took peanut butter & 1/2 loaf of bread in case i got hungry at weird times)

take out menus for places that will deliver to the hospital (or have hubby bring food for you)
