most overnight confinement nannies stay 24 hours at your place. why do you want them to come at noon and leave the next morning? they usually live far away and takes a long time to commute. my 2 previous ones lived in tai po and yuen long so they prefer to spend the night at their employer's homes. i had a very good one but her focus was one cooking and the baby.
