Outdoor Birthday Party Venues in Hk for 1 year old birthday party

Hi,
Has anyone hosted their kid's 1st birthday party outdoors and any suggestions of venues? My daughters birthday is in September

For a playground is there any official government permission you need to get or is it just about going and staking a place out.
 
Have been to outdoor parties. You don't need any special permission. Just need to get there early enough to get a good spot.

Beaches - Stanley / Repulse Bay/ Chung Hom Kok (which is a bit of a pain)
Playground - The Police Museum @ Half Peak (one of my favorite) There are benches / and the kids love the play area.

We've had Pizzas delivered at these places too.
 
I have been to a kids birthday party at Cyberport - on the top floor by Mix there is a grassed area with trees and water features (where they hold the Pok Fu Lam market). Was nice up there if its not too hot. Kids (unofficially and probably not allowed) paddled in the water features.

starbucks, would you know if the grassy area you mention needs permission to hold a birthday party there and where I would need to get that permission.
