I just got my Oscar result and it indicates that I am in high risk 1:22.

My doctor suggests me to go for CVS later.

Just want to talk to someone and share my worries.
 
Sorry to hear about your high risk result. I wouldn't dwell on it too much. Just do the amniocentesis to make sure. I know of friends who got worrying results in their OSCAR tests only to be re-assured by the results of their amnio. One step at a time.

A friend of mine also had your experience. She went for CVS and knew the result the same day or next. Found out the baby is normal. 100% accurate. Good luck.

I did my CVS yesterday. For the whole process, I closed my eyes but I could feel the pains. The result will come tomorrow. Hope my babe is fine.
 
How worrying, I know you must be feeling stressed about this.

Try not to let your mind run away with you, and just deal with the results when you get them, don't keep imagining the 'what if's'.

It is hard, but do your best to stay calm for the sake of your little one, and try to wait patiently to hear the news, whatever it may be. Many women have gone through this before, and many are very pleased to find that the result is normal, even after getting a high risk from the scan.
