Offered part time helper. Should we take it?

We are looking for some home help, there's not enough to do to justify a full time live-in helper, just need someone for a few hours a week to do cleaning, ironing etc. I've seen several agencies that offer this and was going to try one of them but then today one of the amars in our block said that she had a relative that could do it. Reading other posts in the forum suggest this is not legal... should I politely decline her offer or try it out?
 
If her relative is not a Hong Kong permanent resident, it is illegal. As long as you have the facts, you can make an informed decision.
 
it's depend on you actully when you hire part time helper from agencies this is ilegal.... but who care many people hire parttime :-)
