Hello October expectant mothers,
This is my first posting to the forum. I am also in keen to meet up and share experiences. I live in mid-levels, so it would be nice to meet anyone near here. Please feel free to contact me. Finally the nausea feels like it's passing so feeling social again :-)

Hi, this is also my first post. I am due october 18 and also live in mid-levels. I have had mild nausea which I am hoping is starting to go away. Would like to meet with other mums to be and share experiences.

It seems like we've got a big group now!

Hi,

Our baby is due the 19th of October, so just over ten weeks pregnant. This is our first, so everything is very exciting and new; but there's plenty of worry too. Just looking forward to the next 6 and a bit months.
 
Hello there,

I see my doctor and he said that its okay to pull out my teeth and take an x-ray. but i decide not to do anything or take up any medicine. it sound ridiculous but im scared. my stepdaughter has a medical issues and trying to avoid that.
I saw the baby bouncing around from the ultrasound he/she look funny.
im happy to see the baby move and feel a little bit ease.

Hey Matty,
That's sounds like a great idea. I usually work everyday, but I'm on half days this week. We do have a big group.... anyone else interested?

:wow:, there's 12 of you :pregnant: in October! Hope you do meet up. I have a lot of fond memories of my mommy group. We used to meet for 3 hour lunches every week.

As I'm not due in october and came first time on this forum by curiosity, I really feel like intruding so even if I would have loved to meet you all, I wont be taking part of friday's lunch...
Please take all care of your self & hope to see your babies birthdates & pictures online in 6 months ;-)

I'm so glad that we have a big group now.

I have a guest this week so i'm not free this Friday, if it's on a Monday or any day next week, i can join you. I will still check my sked as i wanna meet all of you.

Hi Daisy,

If you are on your 4th month, i think it's pretty okay to have extraction. If the pain is bearable, then postpone it.

I'm supposed to see a dentist again for my swollen gum, but my doc said wait til i'm 13 or 14th week, it's good the swollen has subsided after a day, i read that it's "normal" to have this problem from 2nd month.
 
Friday Lunch

I looks like we have 3 so far for lunch on Friday.
I'll book for 12.30 at Jaspa's on Staunton st (let me know if that's a problem) under the name of Matty.

Let me know if any one else can make it and I'll add to the booking.

Hi Matty,
I work in Admiralty so it's difficult to have lunch in Central. I'd love to join you guys for a Saturday lunch though. Thanks for organising this and i look forward to meeting everyone soon. btw, I also had an ultrasound recently (am 13 weeks) and saw the baby moving it's legs and arms, it bounced a lot too. It's so amazing to see.

No problem giftqueen, we are now 4 for Friday lunch.

Heidipie, I also had a 13 week scan yesterday, very wriggly!
How about making lunch Friday this week, maybe Saturday next week.
Anyone interested in this?
