Was great to see you all last week and to meet you CelticKiwi. I can't make it this Friday but maybe next week. Anyone fancy doing a shopping trip next week at Ocean Terminal, could combine with lunch? Still got lots of things to buy and the weeks seem to be flying past so quickly!!

Sounds good, with that in mind, I've just arranged our roster for next week, so I'm at Ocean Centre in the monring, so I'm in!! :)

Habitu is nice there and convenient for th e 'baby section'.
 
Habitu in Ocean Terminal, TST sounds perfect, I've been to the one in Causeway Bay and that is yummy. How is Thursday, 12.30? Is anyone else interested?? After some lunch we can shop!

Mind if I join you on Thursday (perhaps just for the lunch part) as I have to be back in Central for 3pm? I can be in Ocean Terminal for 12.30/12.45. Perhaps you can send me a phone no. so that I can text you if something comes up and I can't make it.

Don't know it well enough either to give you directions, but it is at the Star Ferry end, kinda under Lane Crawford. I've sent you a PM, call me and we can work it out!!

Please book me in too.

To get to Habitu, you walk from the Star Ferry towards Ocean Terminal.
DO NOT go up the steps / escalator that takes you into the main shopping centre section.
If you keep walking along the water it is off to the left where the cruise ships 'park'.
In fact it is right on the peir {book a table near the water!} on the corner, so you should spot it easily as you walk towrds it.

The baby shops are in the same 'wing' off further to the left once you get inside that part of the centre.

If you come from somewhere inside the main shopping centre, just head towards the wing that has LCX / Toy's R Us in it. Habitu is on the lower floor. Same level as Toy's R Us.

Ocean Terminal is much more convenient to get to from the Star Ferry than the MTR, if you have a choice.

Shopping

Hi ladies,

Sorry to miss the shopping excursion this week... it sounds like fun! I've been out to Ocean Terminal a couple of times in the last few weeks and had much success spending money! In my opinion, it 's much more pleasant than the typical Bumps to Babes experience.

If you are ever feeling like a shopping adventure, you might want to check out Eugene Group (Level 6, Grand Century Place, Mongkok)... there is a TON of baby maintenance stuff there, and the prices seem reasonable.

I've booked a table of 4 at 12.30 in Habitu, did I miss anyone...Gidget, CelticKiwi and XOX ...? Thanks for the directions Gidget and I got us a table by the window.

Hi Ladies,

I'm afraid I can't make it tomorrow CelticKiwi. I have a 2 hour session at the hospital that evening, in Cantonese!!! I'm going to have to preserve all my energy for that.

How is everyone? I'm off to see Dawkins today for a scan...not seen baby in 10 weeks, so looking forward to that! Getting tired more easily and I don't think this heat helps either. Have you all had the glucose test? I've not and wondering why. Will have to ask when I go for my regular check up next week. Are you all seeing your Dr every two weeks now or still every four?
