North Point - Bilingual Pre-school

Hi, does anyone know the name of the school in North Point that is bilingual for age 2 and age 3. It's not CIS, but another one that's not really geared towards ex-pats, but they do about a half hour of English a day?

Do you mean Chekiang Kiangsu Kindergarten? They do mandarin and english. You can check out their website.

Kiangsu-Chekiang
The local stream is all taught in putonghua except for the english lessons.

Thought if you want to enrol you 2-3 yr old into nursery this year unless you have connections you will not get a place.

My little one has suffered his first rejection already, I didn't realize it was so popular now. Over 1000 toddlers interviewed for under 200 nursery places, I understand that 600 are on the waiting list.

My son is studying in KC. There're about 8 ex-pats out of 30 classmates. It's a good school.

kc refers to Kiangsu & Chekiang.

sorry southside852, I misread your note. I thought you meant the one gear toward expat.

I believe the one you are referring to is KCIS (www.kcis.edu.hk). Their international section teaches both mandarin and english
