Hi everyone, I think i am allergic to yeast although not sure about it but wanna give try. I cant eat anything outside for that reason. Is there any bread which has no yeast, i can find any where... please tell me. Or there is any solution to it? let me know.
Thanks

I'm also intolerant to yeast and have found some breads in ThreeSixty supermarket in central that are yeast free. Check in the freezer section, they have a couple of different varieties.

Also try Organic Sense on Lyndhurst Terrace, I've seen yeast free bread there. Its not very good fresh, you have to toast it.

And the Life Health Food Cafe just off the escalator in Soho has yeast free bread.

You can find lots of recipes for yeast-free flat bread on the internet--if you know how to bake that is also an option--then you can add your own ingredients to taste--that is definitely what I would do--then make it and freeze it for when you want it--not hard.

Oh thanks a lot Karmah and MlBW atleast something is there to eat. Yea, i searched recipes on net but since my oven have only 285 deg./c. i dont know, i have to check it again and all the recipes have given to bake bread on 450 or something like that. But atleast something out there readymade i can enjoy. Thanks once again.

Yeah, you have to convert from celcius to farenheit if you're used the farenheit system. 200 degrees C is about 450 farenheit--most little ovens in HK get hot enough to bake bread.
