Can anyone recommend some good home wares shops. Shops that sell things that are a little different and good quality.

I like heading out to Horizon Plaza at Ap Lei Chau (in Aberdeen, about a 10 min cab ride from Ocean Park or 15 mins from Pok Fu Lam) - it is a industrial building housing plenty of great lifestyle shops (shops that have branches in central but have their main warehousing here) from furniture to linens to outdoor furniture to carpets and even kiddy shops like Bumps to Babes, Toys Club etc.....Indigo (shop in central but also at Horizon Plaza) does great tableware and other household items including furniture.....if you are looking for really upmarket stuff, Princes Building has some great (expensive!!) shops like Heather & March....

Yes, highly recommend Franc Franc. Can also try LaneCrawford, G.O.D., Ikea, Life Zone.
