Newly pregnant with no clue!

We were told that our skin doesn't absorb most of the make up or beauty products that she uses. My wife has opted for less make up and beauty products whenever necessary. Though her eczema is not too good. We have also heard about coconut oil and luckily she has already bought cream for her stretch marks but has not used it yet. Thanks anyway for the advice.

Can you recommend anything for ezcema?
