New to HK...looking for ob/gyn specializes in fertility issues

I am new to HK and am looking for a OB/GYN who specializes in fertility issues or high risk pregnancies. Unfortunately we have had several miscarriages. We did manage to have 1 healthy wonderful child! Hoping to give him a sibling. Any suggestions on who to call here?

I am in a similar situation to you. Just arrived and am looking for a fertility specialist (have history of miscarriage and ectopic after having had a healthy pregnancy). My husband was given a name by a colleague of his - will get it and get back to you soon!

You can try The Women's Clinic in Central Building. There is a listing of Ob-gyns in geobaby that you may also want to check out and does outline some of the services offered by the various doctors/clinics. Good luck!

don;t know about fertility sp. but dr. sally fegusson in wanchai is a great obstetrician....her contact details plus that of others features in the directory on this site.

Thank you for your replies! I did see Dr. Lo earlier this week. He seemed good or at least quite knowledgeable about infertility issues. We will see how it goes the next few months with him.

There are a number of Doctors that specialise in fertility issues. Some that spring to mind are Dr Philip Ho (The Well Woman Clinic), Dr Alex Doo, Dr Stephenson, Professor Haines at Shatin ... just to name a few. I have had experience with Dr Ho and found him great, perhaps not good all the time with information flow ... but wee have a baby to show for it that we might not have otherwise had! I would use him again.
