Hi ,

I have recently moved to Hong Kong from India. We will be shifting to Tung Chung very soon , just wanted to check few things :

* i want to keep a part time for about 3 hours for atleast 3 times in a week . wanted to know about their availablity and charges

* any indian moms staying in tung chung . i have 4 month old baby so just want to know how is the place and also to socialze with indian moms

it's a norm to pay part timer at least $50 an hour in hk for cleaning and household duties. Sorry, I don't live around the area so have no idea where to find a helper. But if you still can't find a helper when you settle into the area, you could try posting a notice in the locate supermarket. I'm sure someone will call you.
they have a huge park'n'shop with a wide variety of things and it's only 10mins on the bus to discovery bay, a great place to spend the weekend, nice restaurants and cafe next to the pier/ beach.
