new baby must haves?

We are expecting our first in June. As we all can relate with a HK apartment , we are trying to minimize our baby gear to the essentials (as first). Would love to hear from mom's and dad's on baby must haves.

Yup, matilda. You have to register around 12 weeks. Are you expecting? There are threads by expecting month.
