Need chiropractor recommedation

Hi All,

I am pregnant about 12 weeks now, and been suffering lower back pain and buttock pain that caused me hard to walk due the sharp pain.
Does anyone know a good chiropractor in hong kong?
any recommendation will be appreciated

my yoga instructor recommended dr joe Steiner in wanchai. I have been to see him a couple times already (I have similar symptoms as you since 10 weeks pregnant and now I am 20 weeks).

he specializes in pregnant women. hope this helps.

I'm not sure since I'm only 21 weeks now. but I suggest u can call the clinic and at least go for first consultations and let him assess. first time is $700.

When I was pregnant I had back pain too, I saw a Physio and they fixed it after several visits.
