Need advice on hiring Indonesian helper

Does anyone know the process for hiring an Indonesian helper direct from Indonesia?

Is it similar to hiring Filipina helpers direct from Phillippines?
(e.g. training course needed first, takes up to 2 mths to process papers)

Does anyone know of a reliable agency that specialises in Indonesian helpers?

We're without help at the moment and thinking of taking over the helper of a friend in Singapore; she is finishing her contract but wishes to earn more money in HK.

Grateful for any advice.

PS : I think for some reason it takes more to bring an indo helper over. We brought ours from singapore as well and it kinda took a while..
 
sprawld, can u also send me the contact of Rejoice? i'm currently looking for a helper who can take care of my 8-mth girl and also doing household chores.

this is the first time we hire a helper and we're very worried about the quality of the helper. i know it's more luck. anything that i should pay attention when selecting/interviewing a helper?
