Need a full time short term helper to cover maternity leave

I need a helper for 10 weeks to cover a maternity leave. Could be live in or out but obviously needs to be legal. Probably will need to be local. Not sure if it is even possible but any suggestions would be gratefully:thanks recieved.
 
I guess your options are the same as the usual options for a part-time helper:
- local, permanent HKID holder (check labour dept)
- agencies (check that other website)

Both would probably be live-out.
