Yes. Tesco have a wide range of choices, although most of the shops in the resort carry them too (but in small packing). It depends which part of the island you are going to stay, it can take up to 45mins- 1hr to travel there by car. One reminder, bring enough swimming diaper, if you use them, since I still couldn't find them in Phuket.
