My girl doesnt want me !

Hi every Moms....

My girl she turn to 3 yrs old next month, recently I 've feel she keep a distance to me and always ask for the maid instead. Im a full time working mum and have a son he is 8 monts old. I did talk to my girl asking about what happen , and why.... may be this is a difficult question for her to answer me and I did try to use a simple way to talk to her end up no finding at all. I have not do anything different , I always spend time with her after work read story book .... etc.... it comes so sudden she say she want the maid not me. That hurt... Any one experience this ?
 
give her time... children go through phases/stages....

this, too, shall pass!

i know it's easy to say, but difficult to live with. sorry.
 
My understanding from friends/family is that once your daughter is in school things will change. She will spend most of her day with her friends, and when she comes home in the afternoons/night and on the weekends, you will be around, so the balance of time between you and the helper becomes a lot more even, and if you want, can just be mostly you (you can have your helper focus on the cooking/cleaning while you focus on her after school). Also, as she gets even older than this, you will be the one helping her with homework and interacting with her friend's parents to arrange activities.
 
Hi all, thanks for the sharing, actually if I go out my girl will stuck to me but only at home she keen to ask for the maid, as said suppose I need to give her time she may go through the stage like this , at the end i know my helper treat her well ':)
