Is anyone else's baby a bit lonely?? (and maybe mum too?)
My 7 month old has never even met another baby! Is there anyone interested in meeting up for a coffee/playdate? I live in Yau Ma Tei but am willing to travel. :)
 
i have a 6.5 month old girl too. We should arrange a get together to introduce the little ones to each other :)
 
Hi Mcdill and Obiwan, would love to see you again and your little ones. As I work full-time (you are the same?!) I've just told Lisa that the ideal time for me for a meetup would be Sat, either am/pm. What do you think?! But if you guys prefer meetups on a weekday, I think I can still fit in now and again. But I guess venue would be an issue. Any baby-friendly place? Got an idea, Lisa?
 
Saturdays are good for me too.
There is quite a nice playground area on top of Elements shopping mall, if you don't mind coming over to West Kowloon.

Any day suits me. Saturday sounds good! Jessica did mention that she has a playgroup in Central at 2pm on Saturdays so is West Kowloon too far for you Jess? Anything is fine for me.
 
Hi Obiwan. That would be great :) I hope he plays nicely! I'm getting worried that because he's never met another baby he will be one of those nightmare kids that hit other ones! arrggHH! I'm just kidding, I'm sure he'll be fine. :)
 
I live in West Kowloon too and indeed there is a nice playground here. My baby is a little too young to enjoy the facilities there but she likes to watch the kids play :)

I work full time so only weekends work I'm afraid. I have signed her up for Harry Wright swimming every sat at 12.45pm, but otherwise we are free.
 
Ok sounds good. Shall we book it in then?? Maybe next saturday (3rd April)? Or do people have easter plans?? Just a suggestion (I'm fine to go to West Kowloon or anywhere really), seeing as most of our babies can't actually play on the play equipment, we could even meet at a starbucks. I don't mind either way. :)
 
i'm OK for 3 apr too but kinda scared of venturing out with my bub and myself only. i'm more laidback when the helper or hubby is there with me. :redface:
 
Ladies, this (7's weekend) and next (traveling) Sat are not good for me unfortunately.

One suggestion: we can also go to the clubhouse.
 
Sounds good :) I'm all for meeting up on 3rd April. Maybe we can go to the clubhouse when you are free next obiwan? I have no idea where it is. So is everyone keen on the Elements shopping centre playground on roof (I just went there today for the first time and it is MASSIVE)?? Or a starbucks?? Or another suggestion??
 
Hi I would love to meet up too - and elements is fine for us but we are travelling from the 1st- 14th April - please let me know if you meet up again and have fun!

BTW I live in TST.
 
Elements is on top of Kowloon station :) I think if you jump in a taxi it would be easiest coming from TST. That's my thoughts anyway. I'd never been there until recently too. It's huge! And really nice! I haven't visited the playground area yet though. I hope it's not hard to find.
So do people agree April 3rd is ok? Maybe around 12pm?
