I used it after giving birth, and it definitely smoothed out my skin. I didn't get any stretch-marks during pregnancy, so I can't comment on whether or not it helps with those. But it definitely made my skin smooth and helped it bounce back a bit. You can buy it at any of the Mustela stores (there is one in the Galleria in Central) or "most" places where Mustela is sold (B to B, etc).
