Hi,

I have a 12-month old daughter and we just moved to this area. Anyone interested to meet up for playdate and/or coffee?

Cheers.

Hi,

I'm from Singapore and likely to move to somewhere near Olympic station in the coming months. I'm hoping to put my 16 month old into a half day childcare so that i have some free time for myself in the morning. Does anyone know if there's any around this area?

Thanks!

Are you interested in playgroups? For 16-month old babies, playgroups last about an hour to an hour and a half. There are quite a number in the area (Little Dream, Greenfield, Learning Habitat,Victoria, several at West9). Tutor Time in Kowloon Tong (approx 20mins away by taxi though) does 3 hours.

Hi Ladies,

Are you available for coffee or playdate for the kids this coming Friday afternoon?

Hi Peachy,

Thanks for the recommendations. But I understand that for all playgroups there has to be an adult to accompany the toddler right? Is there any that doesn't require adult's company? Do mummies in HK normally send their child to playgroup or look after themselves? My purpose of sending my child to playgroup for few hours is so that I have some free time for myself :) Otherwise , it can be quite tiring to look after my son for the whole day!

If that's what you're looking for then, as far as I know, none exists in HK. You're looking for day care like in the US, right? The playgroups I mentioned and even Tutor Time require an adult to accompany the toddler.

are you available for a coffee next week ?

MLaure - I'm a working mom in olympic and my daughter is 14 months old. I'm actually on medical leave for now and would be happy to meet up for coffee but would have to bring my helper. Let me know if that works . . .
