mums and babes groups

Hi there...
I have recently moved back to HK but this time with our 8 month old son. I don't have a helper and am looking for mums and babes groups that we can attend to build up a social structure...otherwise life may tend toward being a bit lonely esp with my hubby at work!
Keen to meet other mums (and/or dads) who have little ones...

We are happy to travel wherever...we have a car and don't find the trip to central in the day taxing at all!

Would appreciate any advice/tips/names of groups etc

Hi Christie,

I notice your location is Tung Chung? I don't live there yet but am moving there in 3 weeks time (with our 7 1/2 month old) and will also be looking for mother and baby groups as well as adult company!

I intend to seek out some baby groups in Discovery Bay, I understand there's quite a few over there, and DB can be reached by bus in about 10 mins from Tung Chung. Its also a friendly, safe envrionment.

Perhaps we could meet up? My baby is also a little boy, and similar to you I don't have an Amah. So meeting someone else would be nice!

Hey Christie! My baby boy (Tomas) is 9 months old and we live in Tsin Yi (one stop from Tung Chung) and I have been looking for moms in this area but havent met any yet. Write me an e-mail and we can arrange to meet.
Why dont we get togehter with Loraine also?
I do have a part-time helper, who takes care of the cleaning, so I can spend more tome with Tomas.
