HI! I don't know have the packaging with me but I hope someone recognizes the few details I do remember...
The brand is "To-Plan". These patches are round and have cute little figures of a koala and a panda bear on them and contain 36 stickers per pack. If I remember correctly, there's only Japanese writing on the patch package and a drawing of a little kid.
I haven't seen them here..
