Moving w. baby boy in 21st months, Sorrento or Belcher's?

I will move to HK on Sep., with my 21 months old baby boy, currently looking for the house and narrowed it into the Sorrento(Kowloon) and The Belcher's.
Need your opinion which area you think better to leave.
I saw club house in the belcher's looks pretty nice with indoor pool but too crowed. Sorrento is good to access the nice shopping, and other facilities but not sure how's the club house for the baby.
School network looks good for both before the elementary school.

I live at Belcher's, don't have children yet (one on the way) but it does seem like a good place for kids and there are definitely lots of them around. The club house is v. good, especially the pools (which don't get too crowded), and there are lots of organised activities for children too. Its v. easy to get into Central from here too.
