Moving to Sai Kung or Clear Water Bay

Hi, I just arrived in Hong Kong with husband and 15 and 33 months Simao and Carolina. We're looking for nice a place to rent a town or village house. Anyone knows which areas of Clear Water Bay and Sai kung are ok?

Both are great places to live. I've been in the Sai Kung CWB area for the past 14 years.
