Most affordable doctor for C Section

Hi,

I had a rather traumatic first birth at the public hospital which ended up with me having a huge cut an d reoccurring infection.

I'm pregnant again and want to have a C-Section. We have minimal insurance so trying to find the most cost effective way of doing this. Does anyone know which doctor is most affordable when doing a C section at a private hospital?
